Annual Dues
Your annual dues are an important contribution to the continued operation of the Longford North Improvement Association (LNIA).
Currently, dues are $50 per year and are due and payable in July of each calendar year.
A $2.25 transaction fee applies when paying with PayPal, there is no transaction fee with Venmo.
LNIA does not receive or have access to any of your PayPal account, Venmo account, or credit card information.
Thank you for your payment and for supporting LNIA.
Your Dues at Work
Your annual dues help support many of the activities and initiatives that keep our Longford North community connected and thriving. In addition to making the events featured in our newsletter possible, your dues also support:
Summer, Fall, and Holiday community events
Donations to Grace Lutheran Church and Lutherville Volunteer Fire Company
Our neighborhood’s membership and participation in the Greater Timonium Community Council (GTCC) and Baltimore County Police Department citizen groups
Dues payment reminders are mailed to residents in early summer each year, but contributions may also be made earlier through the website.
Although payment of dues is voluntary, please keep in mind that according to the Longford North Improvement Association By-Laws on voting:
“Each homeowner, in whole or in part, who is 18 years or older and has paid current annual dues shall have one vote.”
